October 30, 2025
we met while traveling in Bali (thank you Carrie) and spent 3 months driving a motorcycle along the coast of Vietnam. traveling together is our baseline and we want to share that with you.
but two days?! we know, it's different but let's make a thing. also, let's actually spend some time together instead of rushing through the day to make sure we check off all the wedding boxes.
the venue is in the southwest, there are a *few* hotels so don't hesitate to book sooner rather than later. last minute more your style? there are a ton of Airbnbs so don't worry.
short but sweet ceremony day. we'll celebrate after with a cocktail party and some snacks. the day will end around 8:00pm. who knows maybe we end the night with a tour of the bioluminscent bay.
dinner and a party. we're currently planning on a traditional Puerto Rican feast. whole roasted pig, paella, ceviche, and more. there will be something for everyone from dancing and yard games to an evening around the fire pit and walking the beautiful grounds.
if you can, fly in a few days early, rent a car, and spend some time exploring San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. then head to the southwest and find yourself in a beach town only 15 - 20 minutes away from the venue. plan yourself plenty of time to drive back to San Juan airport to drop off your car.
On vacation? Absolutely. To the events on Friday and Saturday? No. We love your kids but we want this to be a kid free thing.
We won't tell you not to, but try and be discreet. Don't be distracting please.
October 30th. This is *technically* a destination wedding so we would like to help you get all your ducks in a row way ahead of time. Easier to book flights, find hotels or Airbnbs; then we can get to the fun stuff.
There's not. The southwest of Puerto Rico is hot and dry. Desert-like landscapes next to beautiful beaches. We'll be dressed up so we'd love for you to dress up too.
Just tell us! We won't be mad. But just don't string us along. This isn't the type of thing where you say yes and then cancel at the last minute.
We're going to be doing all sorts of other activities while we're in Puerto Rico. You're welcome to join us or do your own thing.
